How Quotations Work
Quotations in Unchained allow customers to request custom prices for products. The flow is:
- Customer requests a quotation for a product
- The quotation adapter processes the request
- A quote is generated with an expiration time
- The customer can accept or reject the quote
- Accepted quotes can be used to create orders
